Declaración de independencia como tercero

Tesla Wrap Designer is an independent third-party digital design tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and vehicle model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

The service creates digital images for supported in-car Paint Shop and Custom Wrap features. It does not sell physical vinyl wraps, modify a vehicle, or provide an official Tesla service.

Elegibilidad y cuenta

You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting access to your Google account and devices.

Créditos digitales y compras

TeslaWraps offers optional digital credits for AI design generation. Package prices, credit amounts, and availability are shown on the pricing page and may change before a purchase is completed. Credits do not expire unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.

Payments are completed through the hosted Waffo checkout. Credits are added only after TeslaWraps receives and verifies the payment provider notification. A browser redirect or payment-success page alone does not grant credits.

Contenido y uso aceptable

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant TeslaWraps and the providers needed to fulfill your request a limited license to host, process, transform, and deliver that content solely to operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for every image, prompt, trademark, or other material you submit.

You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content; attempt to bypass security or usage limits; disrupt the service; or misrepresent generated content as an official Tesla product. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

Resultados de IA y exportaciones digitales

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular vehicle or software version. You must review exported files before use. Compatibility with an in-car import flow, color reproduction, and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.

The service provides digital Paint Shop and Custom Wrap design files. It does not provide physical vinyl installation, vehicle modification, or an official Tesla service.

Reembolsos y soporte

Refund eligibility may depend on the payment method, whether digital credits or services have been consumed, and applicable law. Completed digital services and consumed credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

For a billing problem or refund request, email support@teslawraps.app with the account email and order reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords, private keys, or security codes.

Cambios y responsabilidad

We may update these terms when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
