Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Scope

This policy applies to user prompts, uploaded reference images, AI-generated pattern images, exported digital Paint Shop files, and designs submitted to the public gallery. TeslaWraps currently provides AI image generation for digital wrap patterns; it does not provide AI video generation.

2. Zero-tolerance content

The following conduct is prohibited immediately: child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors; content that facilitates terrorism, extremist violence, or mass violence; technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction; non-consensual intimate or sexual deepfakes; and attempts to bypass or manipulate platform safety controls.

3. Content moderation

Before an AI generation request is sent to the image model, TeslaWraps sends the user prompt to the Waffo Prompt Screening API with semantic enforcement enabled. Generation continues only when the response action is allow. A block, review decision, invalid response, or temporary screening failure stops the generation request and does not create an AI job or charge credits.

Generated results are private by default. A user-submitted design enters a pending moderation queue before it can be published to the public gallery. Reports on public designs are stored in the moderation queue and reviewed by an authorized operator or moderator. Enforcement may include blocking a prompt, removing or archiving a design, restricting features, suspending an account, or permanently banning repeat or severe abuse.

For operational auditing, the service retains a limited safety decision record, including the verdict and a one-way prompt hash. It does not publish moderation records or expose provider credentials in the browser.

4. Reporting channel

You can use the Report button on a public design detail page, or email support@teslawraps.app with the subject “Safety Report”. Include the design URL or ID, the category of concern, and a short explanation. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, verification codes, or private keys. Safety reports are reviewed confidentially and may be escalated when required by law.

For an enforcement appeal, email the same address with the subject “Policy Appeal” and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. We review appeals separately from the original report when practicable.

5. User responsibilities

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for every prompt, image, person, logo, trademark, and other material you submit. Do not use AI output to deceive people, impersonate a person or organization, create spam, or claim that TeslaWraps or its output is an official Tesla product.

6. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date is shown above. Continued use of the AI features after an update means you accept the revised policy, subject to applicable law.
